The exhibition 'First we take Manhattan' runs until December 16. Cym is producing her famous wallets live during the exhibition. The exhibition is open from Saturday 12 until Wednesday 16 December, every day from 2pm till 5pm.

Recycling Wallets in Amsterdam
From December 11 until December 16, 2009 Cym will produce 200 recycling wallets in one week during the exhibition 'First we take Manhattan...'. The exhibition takes place in the Asscherbuilding, Tolstraat 129, Amsterdam. During the time of the exhibition Cym will transform 200 empty Tetrapaks into 200 funny money wallets. The empty Tetrapaks used for this installation were collected in Pöllau, Austria and transported to the Netherlands for this occasion.
Besides a pile of empty cartons, also Cym's famous recycling lights will be shown. After the exhibitions in Ljubljana and Belgrade the lights will now move to Amsterdam and will decorate the installation at 'First we take Manhattan'.

Recycling Lights in Ljubljana and Belgrade
Cym's famous ketchup lights, cat lights and other recycling lights have been selected to be part of the exhibition 'Recycling Lights'. The exhibition will be shown in the framework of the 'Lightning Guerilla' Festival in Ljubljana, Slovenia in gallery Vzigalica, from June 23 until July 18 2009. After that the exhbition will move to Belgrade, Serbia where it will be presented in the framework of the 'Belgrade of Light' festival in the Grad Cultural Centre from 6 until 20 September 2009.
The recycling works made in Wd8, including the famous tetrapack money wallets, the ketchup lights, ashtrays, badges and notebooks, will be presented during two weekends at the Easter market in gallery 'Alte Raika' in the former Raiffeisenbank in Nestelbach im Ilztal.

Recycling Labor at Styrian Summer Art
Connected:09 invites artist from July 10 - July 18 to Pöllau to create works and interventions to the theme of recycling. In workshops, discussions and artistic meetings participants will be motivated to create works to the theme of recycling. Materials are searched, found and collected at the location and will be given back to the region via the realized works of art.

Cym and Oskar will present the 'aus-alt-mach-neu' recycling products at the traditional Christmas market in Ottendorf a/d Rittschein, on Saturday, December 20, 2008 from 16:00h till 21:00h.
Cym will present her work at Interfiction 2008, during the Kasseler Dokfest in Kassel, November 14-16, 2008.
On Saturday November 15, 2008 there will be a workshop in which visitors can create their own recycling wallet. Please bring an empty Tetrapak. The workshop is free. More information is at the Interfiction website.

Smenj Smeti Ljubljana
There will be a recycling exhibition organized by Kulturno-ekološkega društva Smetumet in Škuc gallery, Ljubljana, Slovenia. The opening is Saturday, July 19, 2008. The exhibition is open from July 20 till July 27, everyday from 17:00h on.
